IF Semi-Private selected, it will be shared indoor space that is 30ft W x 48ft D in total with a 10ft W x 10ft H barn door. It is divided into 2 - 15ft W x 30ft D spaces with ~18ft of clearance between the front of parking space and door.

Each tenant will have their own Key Code for the keypad lock and a security camera will be placed inside the unit*

*Owner/Property Managers will need to access unit as-needed to check/charge/change batteries of Security Camera and keypad.
